七夕とは、

七夕（しちせき/たなばた）は、日本・中国・朝鮮などにおける節供・節日のひとつ。旧暦7月7日の夜のことであるが、日本では明治改暦以降は7月7日または月遅れの8月7日に多く祭が行われる。五節句の一つにも数えられる。


織姫と彦星について、
二人は、始めは結婚を許されましたが、その後二人は互いの仕事をしなくなり、それに怒った天帝様は、二人を天の川という川で、
引き離したのでした。そして、毎年７月７日の日だけ会うことを許されたのでした。

七夕と言えば、笹の葉に願いごとを書いた紙をくくりつけておくと願い事が叶うと言われています。

コメント：七夕歴史は、日本のものと思いこんでいましたが、今回、中国からのものだったことを知ってびっくりしました。

私は、日本のニュースで雅子妃殿下についての記事を選びました。
この記事は、海外オーストラリアのジャーナリストに雅子妃殿下についての批判があったことに対して
日本の政府側が謝罪を求めた　という内容である。

雅子妃殿下は、皇室から男子の後継者を望まれ、沢山のプレッシャーを受け病気になりました。
その為、公務を休まれたりしていました。現在でも完全に回復したとは言えず、心配されています。
普通ではあまり受けることのないプレッシャーを受け、この様に海外の記事で批判されることは、
雅子妃殿下にとって、とても苦痛なことだと思います。

スペインの内閣の肥満度調査について。

記事の内容：スペインのマドリードでは、成人の人口と子供の人口の半分以上が肥満であることが、健康調査でわかった。
５２パーセントの成人人口と２７．６パーセントの子供人口のどちらも肥満であるとゆう事を内閣が明らかにした。

肥満の抱える問題には、心臓疾患（heart disease)や糖尿病（diabetes)、ガン（cancer)や高血圧（blood pressure)
などがある。

感想：太っていることを気にしていない人もいるかも知れないけれど、見かけ以外の健康面から肥満を考えなくてはならないと思った。
私も、外見をよく見せるため　だけではなく、健康のためにも、太り過ぎないようにしようと思った。
でも、やせ過ぎも良くないと思う。
